Special blogger preview
Last week, we organised a preview of MadWorld for bloggers, and quite a number turned up. Everyone was briefed that some aspects were still being fine-tuned and the multimedia and lighting effects had yet to be incorporated.
Follow their stories and see what their take on the contemporary stage show is.
Nicholas Leong is an avid photographer who has shot many weddings & events. He was one of the first to respond and pledge his attendance for the special blogger preview.

So what is MadWorld? MadWorld is an audio-visual feast of movement, music and drama that bares the souls of two protagonists – Adam and Lucas, asking the question, “What is the worth of our souls?”And that my friend is the official descriptor of the production. To me, it was basically a representation of us today. People like you and me. This was meant to be a Christmas production, but it is not all Christmasy, which is good. Because anyone can watch this show regardless of gender, race or religion. The message is that universal.
Furthermore, it is FREE.
Benjamin Lim is another photographer who loves capturing moments and everything under the sun. It was also natural for him to automatically agree to attend the blogger preview, as it is not every day that you get a chance to take photos of a stage show.

This event is open to every one so do feel free to drop by and watch it. I had the privilege to have a sneak peak on their rehearsal and I must say, though I’m not a dancer or a theater kind of person most of the time…this is great..and the dancers are superb too! So do take this opportunity to catch this performance…and best part of all..its FREE! Bring you date bring you family bring whoever you want…oh yea..you don’t have to be a christian to go..its OPEN
Joyce Rachel Lee is the total embodiment of social media. She is on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Posterous, YouTube, Formspring and many other platforms. We were glad to have her support during the preview and publicity through her blog.

A special thanks to the MadWorld team who organized a special bloggers’ preview last Wednesday, 17 November. We were given an informative introductory word about the conception of MadWorld and a good, solid 45-minute show by MadWorld’s multi-talented cast and crew. Amazing!Adam and Lucas are the main protagonists — Adam, the victim of society and Lucas, the socialite of society. They are different in many ways of their lives, both economically and socially. Catch their energetic and dramatic performance that will leave you musing upon the main theme of the show — “What is the value of a human soul?”
Grace Tan from Stories.my needs little introduction. She has been passionately supporting MadWorld since the start and provided the stunning photos for our marketing endeavours and programme book.

Life, as they say, is unpredictable. One day, you could be traveling to work, as usual, stopping by the local bakery to buy your favourite muffin, and the next day, a tragedy like 9-11 happens. In a world where catastrophe happens on an almost daily basis, how are we to make sense of it all? Have we become numb to the things that are going on out there?Or do I only care about where I will be having dinner tonight… sushi or Italian? Whether to buy Coach or LV? Which movies to watch, what to do after work…?
